1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Radio Judah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") Radio Judah Ltd, operating as Radio Judah ("Radio Judah," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at https://radiojudah.org (the "Website"), our mobile applications for Android and iOS (the "App"), our live and on-demand audio streams, and all related features, including the Prayer Wall, Testimonials, Devotionals, Blog, Schedule, Donations, and Newsletter (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Services.
If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. A minor may not make donations or submit personal testimonies without parental consent.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use does not violate any law applicable to you.
3. Description of the Services
Radio Judah is a global Christian broadcasting platform that provides gospel music, teaching, worship, devotionals, prayer features, news and blog articles, and related community content, streamed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We may provide content directly or through third-party stations, hosts, contributors, and partners.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any station, programme, or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Streaming quality depends on your device, network, and location.
4. Accounts and Security
Some features may require you to create an account or provide information. If you do:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at info@radiojudah.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or delete accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with their purpose as a faith-based community. You must not:
Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any person or group.
Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
Post spam, unsolicited promotions, chain messages, or commercial solicitations without our written permission.
Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or any system.
Scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data or content from the Services without our prior written consent.
Attempt to bypass security features, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the proper working of the Services or its servers.
Re-broadcast, record for redistribution, rip, or publicly perform our streams or content except as expressly permitted.
Collect or publish personal information about others without their consent.
Use the Services in a way that could damage our reputation or the integrity of our ministry and mission.
We may investigate violations and take action, including removing content, suspending access, and reporting unlawful activity to the authorities.
6. User-Submitted Content
6.1 Your Content
The Services allow you to submit content such as prayer requests, testimonials, comments, messages, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You remain the owner of your User Content.
6.2 Licence You Grant to Us
By submitting User Content, you grant Radio Judah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, edit, adapt, translate, publish, and distribute it in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services, including on our Website, App, social media channels, and broadcasts. This licence continues for content that we have already shared before you requested removal, to the extent it has been incorporated into broadcasts or archived materials, but we will remove it from public display on request.
6.3 Your Promises About User Content
You confirm that:
You own the content or have all necessary rights to submit it.
It is truthful, accurate, and not misleading, particularly testimonials describing healing, deliverance, finances, relationships, or other life events.
It does not violate these Terms, any law, or the rights of any third party, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
You have obtained the consent of anyone identifiable in your content.
6.4 Sensitive Information
Prayer requests and testimonies may include sensitive details such as health, family, or religious matters. Please do not include information you do not wish to be public. Use a first name or alias where possible, and avoid sharing the private details of others. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
6.5 Moderation
We are not obliged to pre-screen User Content, but we may review, edit, refuse, or remove any content at our sole discretion, for example, to correct formatting, protect privacy, or enforce these Terms. We do not endorse any User Content, and opinions expressed by users are theirs alone.
7. Our Content, Third-Party Content, and Views Expressed
7.1 Third-Party Content
Our Blog, news items, stations, and programming may feature reports, teachings, sermons, music, and commentary from third parties, including pastors, ministers, artists, news outlets, and guest contributors. Views and opinions expressed in such content belong to their authors or speakers and do not necessarily reflect the views of Radio Judah. References to individuals, churches, or organisations do not imply their affiliation with or endorsement of Radio Judah unless expressly stated.
7.2 Accuracy
We try to provide accurate and timely information, but we make no guarantee that content, schedules, event details, or news are complete, current, or error-free. Programme schedules may change without notice.
7.3 Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, or services (for example, Stripe, PayPal, social media, and app stores). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. No Professional Advice
Content on the Services, including devotionals, teachings, testimonies, prayers, and blog articles, is provided for spiritual encouragement and general information only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results. Never disregard professional advice, stop medication or treatment, or delay seeking help because of something you heard or read on Radio Judah. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
9. Donations
9.1 Voluntary Gifts
Radio Judah offers you the opportunity to support our ministry through voluntary donations made via the Website or App (for example, through Stripe or PayPal).
9.2 Payment Processing
Donations are processed by third-party payment providers. By donating, you agree to their terms and privacy policies. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for ensuring the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
9.3 Non-Refundable
Except where required by law, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorisation, contact us at info@radiojudah.org within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your request in good faith.
9.4 Recurring Donations
If recurring donations are offered, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method at the selected interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the payment provider or by contacting us, and cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
9.5 Tax Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any advertisement that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with our Christian values and editorial standards. The presence of an advertisement does not imply our endorsement of the advertiser or its products.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership
The Services and all their content, including text, graphics, logos, the "Radio Judah" name and branding, audio, video, software, design, and compilation, are owned by or licensed to Radio Judah and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, except for User Content and third-party materials, which belong to their respective owners.
11.2 Limited Licence to You
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Restrictions
Without our prior written permission, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the Services, nor use our name, logos, or trademarks.
11.4 Music and Broadcast Rights
Music, sermons, and other audio streamed through the Services may belong to third-party rights holders and be used under licence. You must not record, download, or redistribute such material except as the Services expressly allow.
11.5 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Copyright Complaints (Notice and Takedown)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@radiojudah.org with the subject "Copyright Notice," including:
Your name, contact details, and signature (physical or electronic);
A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
We may remove the content and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may forward your notice to the person who posted the content.
13. Mobile Application Terms
If you use our App:
Licence. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use.
App store terms. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. These Terms are between you and Radio Judah only, and not with Apple or Google, who have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
Third-party beneficiaries. Apple and its subsidiaries (for the iOS App) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Updates. We may release updates, and some may be required to keep using the App.
Data charges. Streaming may use significant mobile data. You are responsible for any charges from your network provider.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that streams will be free of delays or buffering, that any content is accurate or reliable, or that the Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio Judah and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contributors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, any content or conduct of third parties, or unauthorised access to your data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you donated or paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100 (or the local equivalent).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radio Judah and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
On termination, your licence to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 20, and 21) will remain in effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example, through a banner or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
20.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20.2 Informal Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@radiojudah.org and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
20.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
21. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Radio Judah regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power outages, acts of God, war, government action, or third-party service failures.
Export and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes and are not on any prohibited-party list.
Language. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
