“Grace-Fueled Prosperity”: Pastor Creflo Dollar spoke on Hilarious Generosity and Spirit-Led Giving

San Diego, CA – Continuing his mission to preach across every state in America, Pastor Creflo Dollar delivered a heartfelt admonition this past Sunday on the power of generosity and its role in true prosperity—ushering in a fresh series titled “True Prosperity.”

Anchoring his message in 2 Corinthians 9:6–10 (TPT), Pastor Dollar painted a vivid portrait of what it means to live in the overflow. “Let giving flow from your heart—not from a sense of religious duty—but from joy,” he exhorted, emphasizing that “God loves hilarious generosity.” He explained that generosity is not a mere transaction—it’s a redeemed effort, an expression of trust and devotion rooted in God’s already-given provision.

“You’re not trying to make God prosper you—He already has,” Dollar explained. “But you activate that prosperity through partnership: by giving from the heart, without pressure or fear, but in full alignment with your faith.”

This message seamlessly builds on the foundation laid just a week earlier, when Dollar ministered from 2 Corinthians 8:1–7 (NLT) and highlighted the example of the Macedonian churches. Despite severe hardships and poverty, their hearts were overflowing with joy—fueling an extraordinary spirit of giving. They “gave not only what they could afford, but far more,” he recounted. Their generosity, motivated not by law or guilt but by love and gratitude, became a model of New Covenant stewardship.

Dollar emphasized that giving under the grace of God is an act of freedom: “We’re not going back to giving out of obligation. We give out of love—love for God and for people. And when we give from that place, the harvest will never be stingy.”

Whether ministering to those in the room or to audiences watching online, Pastor Dollar’s message was clear: True prosperity isn’t measured in possessions but in the heart’s posture. Generous living—anchored in trust, joy, and grace—is the fruit of a spirit-aligned life.

With his tour continuing through every U.S. state, including North Dakota and Wyoming, Pastor Dollar is determined to see this message echo from coast to coast: Grace will circle the globe, and generosity is the vehicle to get it there.
